A White Metallic birdcage filled with pink roses is a delightful addition to any room.
Place it anywhere : a window sill , a table or even atop a short cupboard to give life to Empty spaces and corners.
Have you ever wanted to push those creative bounderies just a little bit more and explore new concepts with flowers?
One of my personal favourite things to do in the whole wide world is to use flowers with objects which are entirely unrelated and create an installation which passers by can admire!
If you have an old bicycle standing around the house which you arent using anymore and are in the mood of a little DIY- then brace yourself for this very fun and very easy Bike-installation- straight out of the streets of our favourite romantic city- paris!
Select a colour scheme you love. I have used white as it gives a whole new character to a common indian bicycle! you can use hot pink or even lime green! paint the bike to a solid colour and fix a basket in the front.
Source some interesting flowers in either fresh or the artificial variety and start arranging in the front and the back!
In this image we used a bike as a very interesting welcome prop at none other than a formal day-engagement! The white bicycle was the star of our show and doubled up as a photo-op area! We had guests gushing away at the first point of surprise and seeing them get playful as they walked in helped set the ‘fun’ mood for our engagement function!
We used a contrasting colour scheme of lovely purple hydrengeas, hot pink carnations, green cabbage flower and white roses!
So get started! Pick up an old neglected bicycle from your backyard and add some new life to your front garden!
